A project designed around efficiency, comfort and security, adapted to the way we live today. Designed and developed entirely by EKEI, this residential project in Fuencarral combines contemporary architecture, energy efficiency and smart-home technology.

Project thesis

Strategy and execution focus.

The project comprises five homes with different sizes and layouts, thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of young professionals and families. EKEI managed the project from start to finish, from investment and design through to construction and delivery. The development features solar panels, high-performance thermal insulation and smart-home systems, including automated blinds and video surveillance. A project designed to deliver comfort, efficiency and security — built for the modern way of living.
